How HeroKit treats your data
Private by design. Passwords and keys stay in a secure vault, and your data is never shared.
Nothing goes out without your OK. Messages and emails to other people are sent only after you approve the exact text.
Approval levels. Choose what she does on her own, what she asks first, and what she only plans.
No auto-replies to strangers. Incoming messages are summarized for you with a suggested reply.
Weekly usage report. See exactly what she did and what it cost.

Forms
The Get your assistant and contact forms open a pre-filled email to [email protected] in your own email app. Nothing is sent until you press send.
No tracking
This site sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts. Its fonts, images and code are served from this site.
Free tools
The free tools need no sign-up and run in your browser. What each one shares:
Meeting time finder Everything is calculated in your browser. Nothing you choose is sent anywhere.
Email-to-task converter Your email never leaves your browser. Nothing is uploaded or stored.
Voice note transcriber HeroKit never receives your audio or your transcript. Your browser may use its own speech service to transcribe.
Domain name ideas Your keywords stay in your browser. Checking availability sends only the domain names to Cloudflare's public DNS service.
