Control and confidentiality

    Your hero gets their own WhatsApp and Telegram number. Save them as a contact like anyone else.

    Connect your accounts

    Connect Gmail, Google Calendar and the other apps you use, so your hero can work where your work already is.

    Text your hero, send a voice note, forward them anything or add them to a group. They draft, you approve.

Does HeroKit give tax advice to my clients?

No. Your hero handles admin: requests, reminders, checklists, scheduling and drafts. Advice stays with you, and you approve every message.

Can HeroKit track filing deadlines for every client?

Yes. Each deadline becomes a tracked task with reminders as early as you want, and the missing documents are listed with it.

Can clients send documents to my hero on WhatsApp?

Clients can send to you as they do today; you forward to your hero, or add it to a client group, and it logs what arrived against the checklist.

Is client financial data private?

Can my staff use the hero too?
